"Me and my mom always come to Dillards when we need a perfume. For a couple of years now Steve is usually the one who helps us find what we need and he is very helpful, kind and knows his stuff. He always makes sure to show us what’s new and popular. He’s one of the reasons we keep going to Dillards to buy more."

"I went last week to buy my daughter a perfume from Carolina Herrera for Christmas. She’s a big fan and loves the shoe shaped perfume bottles. I was showed the perfume counter and the first thing Steve did was look me up and down before rolling his eyes. He was snippy and short with me, and acting very annoyed I interrupted his conversation with his little group. He was constantly ignoring me and continuing to talk to the other girls at other counters. Another lady with short length dirty blonde hair came and helped, but Steve only jumped back in when he saw I saw purchasing $500 worth of perfumes. I insisted that the woman who helped me get the commission, but she let him have it; I’m assuming to avoid the any conflict. But I was angry in the moment, and I’m still very angry a week later. I was treated horribly and dismissed various times all because of the way I was dressed; and what’s worse is that not only did he care about me only after he found out how much I’d be buying, but also because he practically stole the commission from someone else who deserved it."

"This is a large store which is well kept, clean and in good repair. The associates are courteous, friendly, and professional. There is a large selection of any items you may need. The prices on most items are on board with other stores."

"Absolutely wonderful experience of a facial that was given to me at Dillard’s Wellington Green Mall. I set an appointment, got a reminder and the day of my appointment I was ushered in an immaculate room. The esthetician/ representative by the name of Alena was exceptional. We discussed the issues with my skin and what I was expecting from the facial. My face/ skin was examined, and Alena spoke with such brevity, and I knew instantly I made the right decision to recharge my skin and to remove some impurities while being relaxed. After my facial was completed, I could see an instant glow to my skin and it felt so good. I strongly recommend speaking to an erudite team member at Dillard’s , try this additional service being offered and get the products that work best for your skin !! He was pleasant, professional and forthcoming, knowledgeable about upcoming sales in November, $25 off $100 purchases and provided information on a variety of fragrances. The store boasts a wide variety of selections, at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this location."
