"Customer service was horrible. 2 girls would rather sit around and gossip about thier personal life then to help paying customers. I walked out and went straight over to Levi where I purchased 2 pairs of jeans. Noone in your store was helpful at all or even greeted and asked if there was anything they could help with...definitely need to fix your staff!"

"The staff here is the best. Was greeted with a friendly smile the young lady with dark hair pleasantly scanned a dress for me. They had a large selection available. When I came to the register another nice young lady answered all my questions about what perfumes were on sale and signed me up for the real rewards program. The employees made my experience great."
"Went to buy 2 swimsuits on a buy one get one free promotion. One of the swimsuits rung up for $55.20 (it was discounted from $138) and I asked if the sale still applied since it was in that rack: they said yes, but that the sale had to be put in manually. Went to pay and the screen where I went to put in my card had the price of the suit for $69. I asked and they said that to put it manually they had to up the price back to $138 and then it discounted the suits to 50% off. So now the suit was more expensive than the price it rung up. Not to mention that the promotion was not buy 2 get them at 50%, but buy one get one free. They kept telling me about how their system worked, their system issues are not the consumer’s concerns: but manually increasing a price from what it rings up to the time you go to pay is not acceptable. And no matter what: they would not do anything about it. Also a pair of sweats were supposed to be 50% off per the rack, they said at the register that it would only be 40% off and wouldn’t check what their own rack said. I had never has these issues at a store, definitely did not expect it from American Eagle. We just walked away."
