"I'm really hoping that forever Twenty one will do better with their clothing line this year for the spring summer fall and winter collections..... I've noticed that some of the pieces that were brown around. I hope they're just not making them just to sell...... They gotta make these things with feeling!!!! And Keep in mind that some of the fabrics they use Are like a see - through type of fabric, Like you can actually see right through it...... It can definitely be discomforting for sure.....so hopefully Get that fixed and corrected, please.... Also, i'm hoping that some pieces that are made could be used to last forever and not just for a season or a moment..... They should definitely do a Four Seasons collection for sure.... Hopefully they could give it there all this year . It seems that old money and old rich fashioned trends are in hint hint.... I'm talking about color and fashion.... Hopefully bring back some of the classics and some of the iconics as well..... And maybe some things that can actually fit people which still feel comfortable with.... Another idea would be to expand their lounge Clothing line... As well as some really nice casual Fancy and edgy to go out pieces .. Tops and blouses I am referring to."

"Went to the store today with my mom and the store manager Mark was scolding one of the associates on the sales floor loud enough for myself and other shoppers to hear. It is extremely unprofessional for this to be happening not to mention no one deserves to be publicly embarrassed that way all because Mark was unsatisfied with the placement of the alarm tags on the clothes… feel like this should be looked into; if he felt comfortable enough to speak to the associate in front of customers this way I’m pretty sure it wasn’t the first time and probably not the only associate that has had this happen to them."

"The store manager is extremely rude. I attempted to return a defective item with tags and receipt and he insisted I call forever 21 to mail in my defective merchandise. Working in the service industry, I understand how important delivering a message is. This store could use extensive training in that area on how to talk to all clients. Treat people with empathy and respect. Which is the opposite of what I experienced today."

"I rarely ever leave reviews, much less one star ones, but the customer service at this location was so awful I cannot help but vent. Long story short, friend and I bought some shoes and body suits at another location three hours away, not too long ago. The shoes ended up breaking after only 15 minutes of wear. So we hoped to return or exchange them. We walked in, went straight into the queue but .. the cashiers were just standing there? Mind you there was no one else in line, yet they were standing there quietly, ignoring us, idling. Confused, we just stood there for a little bit until my friend finally asked them if they were ready to take us. There was zero customer engagement; lack of greeting, eye contact, etc. Now I did not write this review solely to critique on customer engagement, but the overtly rude manager that one of the cashiers radioed over. We tried explaining our situation, asked politely if we can receive a refund or credit at all. His response was void of any empathy or understanding. In fact, he made a snarky and dismissive comment that went along the lines of "how would I know how long you worn those shoes for?" I don't remember what he said verbatim. Also added that they do not sell shoes here. I don't know why he said that because we have bought shoes at that location before. We both work in retail, with my friend being a customer experience coordinator themselves so we understand having to abide by store policy, dealing with difficult customers, etc but making a personal dig or jab? Wholly unnecessary. There was so many ways he could've went around that. Something like "I'm sorry, I understand your frustration but I'm not allowed to take this back according to store policy." Had he said something like that I would've not left this review. I hope management can learn a thing or two about fostering empathy, patience, and understanding because there was none of that. With seemingly cold and indifferent staff, we will not come back to this location."

"Horrible horrible workers and manager. My sister was trying on some clothes in the fitting room, and I was waiting patiently outside the fitting room. They had a huge mirror that I was fixing myself at. One of the workers asked me to step out as for their policy doesnt allow people in the fitting rooms unless they are trying on things. I respected it and waited outside for my sister to finish. A couple minutes later my sister had asked me to help her with whatever she was trying on. I asked the worker if it was okay to go inside for a minute to help her out and he said okay. My other sister had followed me inside and we were helping her in the fitting room. A couple minutes pass by and we hear a loud bang and the manager yelling at us “get out of the fitting room, no more than 2 people inside. If you don’t get out I’ll have to kick you out” i tried to keep it cool and told my sister to exit and I’ll be out in a sec. We left the store and bought nothing because of how rude they were. As I was walking around the mall I was really really upset and decided to go back and talk to the manager. I went inside and told him I’d like to talk about the way they handled the situation. The whole time he wasn’t keeping eye contact and was moving around working on other things, showing me he didn’t care at all. His worker who told us it was “okay to go in the fitting room” had lied to him telling him we wouldn’t cooperate and that he told us “multiple times to get out” when he had only told me once. Not only that after I explained to him the story, he brought up 4 different policies that we weren’t even aware of. 1.The fitting door must be opened if 2 people are inside(which is really weird it’s a fitting room you aren’t gunna strip in front of everyone) 2. There can’t be more then 2 people inside. 3. No teenagers are allowed inside the fitting room(due to theft which I understand but I’m an adult) 4. You can’t stay “long” in the fitting rooms (I’ve never heard of that ever). I told him before handling the situation in a rude way, he should check his works and make sure they are honest. He tried shutting me up multiple times by saying “thanks for ur feedback” while rolling his eyes, huffing and puffing. I told him I won’t be spoke to this way and that they need to handle things better and left saying I’m leaving a bad review. Honestly I’ve never met more rude workers and manager. Absolutely trash service. Don’t recommend coming to this location AT ALL"
