"The Brandon location has gone downhill. No one wears uniforms the staff is rude, office is dirty. No one ever knows what’s going on. I needed albuterol for my daughter and had to go in for an exam, they supposedly sent the script electronically and somehow the pharmacy never received it. I called the office who advised doctor was out until Tuesday but they would have him put in the order. That never happened, I go in again and my daughter is diagnosed with a heart murmur I was supposed to be given a referral by the front office, never got it. My newborn is then required to have testing for bilirubin levels, I get the referral. Go get the testing, doctor tells me I can walk in to the office 2 days later. I walk in and am told I need an appointment and the soonest they can get me in is Monday. This office has become a hot mess since selling to these people. RUN DONT WALK!!"

"Do not take your children to the saint Pete office. Ever since doctor Ellis retired, it's gone down Hill. And again, it has changed hands, new owners. They don't care about anyone or anything or anyone's Well, being it's all about money to ,the new people are not even certified. They have no credentials in the medical field. Everyone's new, and it's very disappointing. After going many, many years and now have to change doctors."

"Getting an appointment is near impossible unless you call one of the other locations. They literally called me today at 5pm to cancel my 9:30am appointment tomorrow that i had to take off work for. Of course theres no phone to call to reschedule so Im just going to show up at all the locations until they fix this. I have waited weeks for this appointment and before that tried calling for over a month to schedule with no call back. I have had nothing but issues here but unfortunately every other doctor i try has a long wait list or isnt accepting new patients. One dr was great so I had some hope of making this place work for me and my family. But after today i am done. Issues I have had so far: waiting almost 3 hours for a scheduled appointment, no way to get in contact with her doctor, her original dr left and no one told us, he was awful anyways so good riddance, all that wait for 10 minutes with a doctor who doesnt even seem to acknowledge my concerns. I would never recommend this place."

"Waste of time and bad organization. My son was to have an appointment today. We said many times it needed to be at this Tampa location. The lady said “the doctor is only available at the Tampa location Friday morning” so we scheduled it for Friday morning. We get there, the lady looks at me completely dumbfounded and said that all of the doctors and nurses are at the Brandon location. I asked 3 times why they scheduled us then for Friday morning, allegedly the only time the doctor would be available at the Tampa location, if he, nor anyone else, would be in. She only repeated the same thing “there’s no doctor here today” every time. Completely unprofessional. If you have a child on the spectrum, this place is NOT helpful. One of the 3 times I asked and received no answer and just the repeated quote, she said “I’m just the office assistant”. Who did nothing to assist. And messed this whole thing up, wasting our time. DO BETTER."

"Genuine experience: If you seriously care for your kids , never ever come here. Worthless to opt this facility. I came here today for developmental screening ( which is mentioned in their website and couple of tampa bay informational portals and which I already told at the time of booking appointment. To re confirm it calling the facility their phone never works. After coming here also I told at the counter but office staff never cared other than finishing their job. After almost waiting for 2 hours then told, they won’t do. A genuine Pediatric hospital or members of staff are never like this(mom of 2 and have been to facilities many times) . Save your time and money. Worthless to go."
