"Nice staff, but they pushed an x-ray after I gave them papers stating nothing is broke or inside the tissue, they pushed blood work to be done only to tell me 1hr later we have to wait 5 days for the results and finally give me the antibiotic I asked for in the beginning. My insurance paid a 3rd of the unnecessary bill and I had to pay the $1000. Everybody learned a lesson, care is last and billing comes first. Unfortunately, but not going to go there again. Today started at our pediatrician office which didn't take us and forced me to go out and about. They will be changed and not back there again either. Our little princess's health today was a billing statement of the big corporations. So sad and disappointed."
"I was feeling swimmy headed and dizzy for 4 days, and my doctors secretary suggested that I visit your ER to get checked out, as my doctor was unavailable. Your staff was very prompt, very professional and thorough. The ER doctor was very informative, patient and showed a level of compassion for her patient that eased any worries I may have had. "I have been to AdventHealth ER in Clermont a couple of times. The results are always the same. It begins at the registration desk, with medical assistants, nurses, and doctors. They are professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and fast. The only wait I had was for the test results to return that the doctor had ordered. Plus it was very hygienically clean. It offers a safe environment."
"Waited less than 5min in the waiting room to be seen. Check in was easy. Medical staff was very nice. Had been a while since I myself had been in an ER. Technology now is amazing. Had a chest x-ray done in the room I was in and they only had to move me to do a CT scan which was a lot nicer than I had remembered. Under the circumstances that I was there it was an overall a great experience."
