"Very disappointed in the service I received today. I was turned away at 11:48am when the store said they close at 12:00pm. Lab technician, Melissa, closed the door in my face while I was asking questions because she “had orders to submit”. Very unprofessional."
"Check in process was easy, but employees failed to use the text message option to alert patients when it was their turn. Instead they would yell out your name and if you missed your turn "too bad so sad" according to them. When bringing this to their attention, there was annoyance and attitude in their responses to most people who expressed similar concerns. Finally after over an hour of waiting, I was brought inside the room and had to wait again while one of the phlebotomists picked up trash with her gloved hands, collected a urine sample from a patient, filled the urine specimen cup, continued to pick up trash, then prepared collection tubes ALL WITH THE SAME GLOVES. Hand hygiene is a significant concern in this location. The icing on the cake was the phlebotomist blowing my veins which are easy to collect blood from and blaming me for not clenching my fist. Her poor technique was to blame instead."

"I’ve been twice in the last month once for me and once for my boyfriend. We were both walk ins yet didn’t wait super long & I like that they can text you so you can wait in your car if you chose to. My boyfriend doesn’t do well with blood & the gentleman that helped was amazing with him! I wish I had gotten his name. He was amazing both times we went & I’ve never had any issues at this location."
