"Love Dr. Washington. She is very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Her assistant/tech was also very kind and knew what she was doing. The optical staff was also very nice and helpful. My only suggestion would be to have one more person on staff so that you don't have to wait to be welcomed and/or acknowledged when you arrive or have a question. Both employees were busy with others and did not acknowledge me until the other patients left. Overall, a positive experience."

"Dr. Chris is very good. He listens and includes you in your eye health by showing your pictures to see if there are any changes. The people in the front are all very friendly and helpful. Jennifer helped us this time and we very much appreciated all of her knowledge and her upbeat personality."

Everyone I encountered was nice and helpful. The physician was very thorough and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable. Very pleasant experience."

"Very unprofessional staff. I showed up for my appointment time and was told I had no appointment. Provided confirmation emails showing I indeed had an appointment and then they proceed to tell me that I cancelled my appointment. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience they were more interested in telling that it was my fault. I had been coming here for years when Dr. Nguyen was still there but won’t be back ever again and give my business to a company that doesn’t understand simple customer service when it comes to taking care of clients. People set aside time to come to scheduled appointments and their time is not valued at all here."
