"I had an amazing experience getting my MRI this afternoon, don’t be frightened by the negative reviews! Evette was great with scheduling and called to follow up with me. Dale did my MRI and was so patient and informed me of everything and kept in contact when I was in the machine. They gave me the CD as soon as I was done and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience."

"We reached for MRI 15 minutes before appointment and finished paperwork. We waited 45 minutes and finally complained to front desk. Her response was that ours was last minute appointment. I responded, if its last minute or not, why give appointment if you cant handle it and make patients with pain wait for such a long time. Right after that, another lady sitting and doing some other paperwork took me in for scan. UNBELIEVABLE. They were just doing their other work while I was waiting in pain way beyond appointment time!!! I observed similar experience for an elderly patient right before us. I will not come to this location again"

"The staff was all fine and perhaps my images will be as well but the facility is worn and run down looking. The MRI machine seemed quite old as well with rust stains. It did not inspire confidence. I will go elsewhere in the future."

"Visited the Advanced Diagnostic Group in Boca Raton the staff members were very nice and attentive. I was very grateful the assistant pre-filled my paper works for me which was a stack of papers more than 10 pages all I had to was signed my name. That was very helpful and appreciated a lot. I would recommend friends and family for sure."

"It was ok wasn't the worst wasn't the best! But the radiologist didn't read my images well at all. Your in the hands of people's lives who doesn't CARE! When my doctor mentioned the the radiologist marked normal on my spinal cord where it's fused together! Be careful who you trust seems like this company only wants money not the well being for there patient. It's your life they're playing with not safe at all."
