"I saw a dr in there on Thursday morning at a 8:20 appt. on bush in temple terrace for a bad lower back sprain. He said his was given a some prescriptions. Told me when he left I room to pick them up. Thursday nothing and Friday nothing. I had called Friday morning and was told a note was given to him. Looked Friday night at CVS and nothing. Had to go to the ER for some help. I am ready to move on to a pcp a that can send meds in. This is my 2nd time on calling that my meds were not sent. Last time at least they sent the meds, but this time noting. I am so disappointed as even he knew I have a very bad back stain. I ER said it probably is not only muscles but probably the tenon. I can today Saturday which there is someone to give a note. In giving my info is was incompendent. he ask my BOB and when I said it the full date and came to 1975 he repeats so you 75, like no 1975 than you not 75 no seven five. He just come not get it. Also though not saying my name and spelling it he seen very agitated. So yes after the birth date thing I hung up on him. 2 thing need to be addressed. 1. the guy Saturday that I called needs more training or something. 2. Find out why my meds were not sent and send then and made sure this stops that meds are not sent. I am not sure if I will leave there to find the pcps but this just king if takes the cake not what drs should not do when a PT is in pain, by not sending meds or holding them back. he gave me a shot before i left but that did nothing. yes I feel pain were whiting this but I am also so pissed for this. At first I put the name of the dr and then I took that out. I just hope Monday my meds are send in. I said enough were my chart can be pulled. Update: Monday morning my issue was taking care of. Overall it is a good place and you are taking car of"
