"I’m on day 2 of sitting on hold for over 30 minutes to schedule my initial VA appointment. I answered the phone call today thinking it would be quick and easy to schedule the appt, I was called and put on hold as soon as I picked up…so far this experience flat sucks! Come Monday, I’m going to strongly encourage getting a new provider."

"Be sure to contact Vern Buchanan and let them know that this company let's Veteran's fall through the cracks of the system. Two out of three appointments that my husband who is a DISABLED Veteran had were bogus. 2 nd appointment was up for sale with no trespassing signs up from the police and it was overgrown. the last appointment they had no appointments made for my husband and it took QTCM over an hour to finally fax the order. They scheduled a Doctor in three years!!!Hubby found the doctor by looking him up on Google so that we could send his hospital information from that same day so it can be added to the information that was sent to Tulsa. Then they scheduled his last examination a week after this for Aug. 8th 2023.Tulsa, Oklahoma .To do the finalizing of evidence. My husband called the office and this doctor hasn't practiced there"

"The best office Dr. Ruiz was absolutely awesome and so was my female chaperone. I was promptly greeted upon arrival, I felt like all of my complaints were properly addressed during my visit, they were nothing very empathetic and caring definitely top of the line care and the professionalism was top tier!"

"This place is absolutely awful. Ever since they started handling compensation and pension exams for the va everything has been unorganized, communication is terrible, and overall just a terrible experience. They schedule appointments for you without ever confirming the times or dates with you and then leading up to your appointment they call you with an automated dialer literally everyday and leave voicemails and text messages daily until your appointment. I asked to be removed from the automated dialer and they just told me no they can't do that. Which to me seems like harassment. So I asked again just to reiterate "you're saying you can't remove my number and stop me from getting automated phone calls?" And she confirmed that she can't do that. They expect everyone to just be available any given date and time."

"Took my father for his VA disability exam. Was not allowed to accompany him and told to wait in the downstairs lobby. Informed staff that I was his caregiver and he is hard of hearing and also has cognitive/memory deficits but was still turned away. This is unacceptable for both veterans and their advocates. Would recommend exam at a local VA healthcare facility where caregiver participation is welcomed/valued over a contract company site."
