"This place is the worst. Terrible check in and customer service in navigating patience at check in. The entire support staff needs to understand the command of the English language and have better training in communicating process and procedures. Just atrocious. Dr. Georges was wonderful but not enough for me to ever return. Interestingly many have had the same experience. You would think they would take reviews seriously. I don't know how they are still in operation. Stay clear. Just horrible. My appointment was at 10:45 and did not get taken back until 11:30. Then did not see the Dr until 11:45. One hour after my scheduled appointment. Totally unacceptable."

Dermatology P.A., Brianna, put my favorite music on and we chatted during office surgery. She kept me informed on what she was doing also. All employees make u feel very comfortable. "Oct 8, 2023 New Updated Review. I've been going to Dr Karon LoCicero for over 30 Years. My Husband and I are both Patients of Dr LoCicero. I recently had several visits with Dr Kristin Lewis. We both received exceptional care. She wasn't rushed with us and she was very knowledgeable. She's an excellent addition to the Staff unlike some of the other inexperienced Staff. The Office tries to help with Request for Appts but I miss Not having an Office email contact, with everything being electronic these days this is a lacking feature. Dr LoCicero is the Primary reason that I have continued to be a Patient with LoCicero Medical Group. She is Kind, Caring & an Experienced Doctor who has helped me with many Medical Issues through the years. She has even visited me while I was in Memorial Hospital. LoCicero Medical Group is opened on both Saturdays and Sundays. Medical Procedures such as Dexa Bone Scans, Ultrasound, Hearing Tests and other Procedures are available for Patients to get done right there at LoCicero Medical Group. There is a Pharmacy also available on-site. Disappointed to see that the Lab isn't open on the Weekends any more. The Staff in the Lab is very Friendly and Experienced. I am a person who is difficult to draw Blood from and the Staff working here gets my Vein on the 1st attempt. Dr LoCicero is knowledgeable in many fields of Medical Care, including Weight Loss. LoCicero Medical Group also has many other Doctors on Staff that specializes in many other areas of Treatment which may be a reason why some people think that the office is over booked, many of the Patients are seeing other Doctors who work at LoCicero Medical Group. Is this Practice Perfect, No but they are always trying to Improve their Healthcare of their Patients. I feel very fortunate and appreciative to have received our Medical Care for the last 30 years with Dr Karon LoCicero. Thank You Dr Karon LoCicero for taking care of Rick and I."
