"Horrible customer service at front desk No one care about helping patients-"

"My husband recently started to be seen by a nurse practitioner that this facility and there has been nothing but confusion about his Insulin prescription. He obtains it by mail order as that is the most cost effective way we can obtain it. This provider initially ordered a 24 day supply until she got lab results on him. That was understandable. After seeing her again after the lab results is when the confusion started. She was to send in a 90 day supply via mail order. Mail order said they did not get that. Called Advent Health and he was told that as he was speaking to the person they were sending in 90 day supply. Mail order said they didn't receive it. Called Advent again and talked to a man who said the nurse practitioner ordered another 24 day supply. We pay $40 for a 90- day supply or a 24 day supply. Unlike those in the medical field we are not rich by any means so every dollar matters to us. Called Advent again (4th time) and talked to the same man and he said that they went back and checked and they sent in the 90 day supply. I don't know if anyone in authority reads these comments or not but I hope they see this one. I myself used to be seen at Advent but had numerous problems with them and went back to Florida Medical. Here we are 3 days later and his Insulin has not been sent in to our mail order service after numerous phone calls to this office. The first time he called he spoke to a woman who said she was sending the prescription in while she was on the phone with him. Mail order never received. Called and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Tom on Friday and he told my husband that he had sent it in. Mail order has never gotten it. If this provider PAT PAMOS wants him on this medication she needs to stop playing with her phone during his visit and pay attention to what she is doing so that he gets his medication that he needs. I would not take my beloved pets to this facility. They get better care at their vet then my husband got at this place. Advent Health has really gone down and continues to go down. Nothing like advertised."

"I recently had a visit at this brand new multi specialty building and was provided excellent professional service by Doctor Merna Armanious and the Imaging Center there. This may be the very best updated, modern and clean medical facility building in all of Florida. From the moment you walk in you are treated like a gold star, comfortable sitting areas and each patient gets a private secured room when seeing their doctor like you are a VIP. They have everything there from Internal medicine and specialty providers to imaging and a lab as well as pharmacy. This facility gets a definite 5 star in all aspects based on my visit experience."
