"Do not go to this office. They do not know what they are doing. Calls in meds wrong, does not know how to send In Approvals for surgeries or referrals to see specialists. So rude when u try to explain what is needed. Most can not speak English. Director was so rude when he was notified about wrong meds being called in more than once. All they say is no problem it is all done when nothing was done. Even threw a fax away from surgeons office because they did not understand what they should do on Their end. U r taking ur own life in ur hands if u go to this office. I had to call Tampa office to get anything done. Only one person at Tampa office was so kind and knew what to do and did it to get my surgery approved the night before. I had tried with Brandon office to get surgery approved for 3 1/2 weeks. Kept telling me no worry all is done when it was not done!!!"
