"This Dr that if English is your only language will kill you! After prescribing another BP meds my BP keep going up up up after multiple calls and my insurance calling they finally call back to say we are back in Port Richey next week, REALLY. Mean time they should NEVER tell you to take clonidine with Amlodipine added should not be taken together. I found that online. Then I confirmed with my pharmacist. These ppl should not be able to work in OUR country and not speak proper English. To where every word you must repeat can you pls say that again? Bc you won't be able to make out anything. Quote pretty bad when your insurance calls back and says I would change Drs if I was you after being on the phone and hearing what I was going through. Life's too short ! Find a new Dr before they kill you! Bc they do not care at all. This is not the end! More writing to the medical board to come! Besides this who knows they may be ok but to know English as a Dr should be a must #1. All other comments were from Spanish speaking ppl. Once again I can not stress enough if you only speak English you can die in their hands. Moving on in the advice from my insurance company."

"Front desk ladies are very UNPROFESSIONAL AND IMPOLITE. Called a few mins ago to make an appointment, was rudely greeted and immediately placed on hold FOR MORE THAN 10 MINS. Called back and told them they should, at least, refresh their patients every so often so they aren't left wondering what happened. HER ONLY RESPONSE WAS, "YEAH, SURE". They lack work ethic, empathy and seriousness. I'll be submitting a formal complaint."
