"BEWARE! This company seems to be engaged in seemingly fraudulent billing practices. During my son's treatment all bills were paid and coordinated with the insurance company. Over a year later and out of the blue Peace of Mind wellness sends me a bill for a vague Service for my son. I contact our insurance company who investigates. After dodging the Insurance company's phone calls for several weeks, Rose at POM tells our insurance company that the bill was sent in error, and that nothing is due. Now a Month and a half later we get an even bigger bill in the mail from POM for the same dates!?! Peace of Mind? Seems like all they want is a piece of someone's wallet. Until the business behavior of POM is changed, I would recommend that everyone stay away from this company."
