"I’m training for all four of the Publix Gasparilla Distance Classic races in late February. It’s a 15k and 5k on Saturday, and a half marathon and 8k on Sunday. I was out on a 15 mile run a few weeks ago, and pulled a hamstring pretty bad. I went from 15 mile runs to a quarter mile hobble, and was wondering if I would need to defer my races a year. My wife recommended this PT place. I’ve been going for two weeks now. Tyler has been great. He did an assessment, and got me started right away on not only fixing my aches, but also in building targeted strength to prevent further injuries.
