"The therapists we have seen are incredible and our daughter is receiving great care. However, today we received notice that our daughter will be losing her spot next week because our insurance has not authorized care, and no one at HealthPRO has communicated that to us after weeks have passed since it was submitted to insurance. This will be the second lapse of coverage we have had in the last year. We have started the processes as early as possible and I even received in person communication from staff that everything "was good" after they received the doctor's sign off for continued care. So in summary, if you want excellent therapists this is your place, but don't expect even a minimal amount of communication from management. Expect to constantly drive the process and ask for a status at least weekly through reassessment and renewal."

"We absolutely LOVE this location!! Started off at Fletcher location. Moved to south Tampa location shortly after starting therapy. Meg and Betsy are amazing!! My daughter has an amazing time each time and has been learning so much in the last 2-3 months. When we pull up to the building she gets so excited!! Definitely recommend this location! Love them!"
