"Let me start by saying we have no issues with the therapist themselves, but management on the other hand…My son had been seeing the speech therapist here for a little over two years, before it was Lake Speech which we had no issues with at all. Then Play Pals bought out Lake speech and took over, we constantly had communication issues, but my son loved his speech therapist so i decided to stick it out only for that reason.We pulled my son out a little over 4 months ago and now they call and claim we owe money, it’s just very odd. Please do your research before making an appointment here."
"Came in got my son all prepared he gets evaluated. Then next visit was a great visit. Then I tried to schedule an appointment at the desk they said they would call… never did so I called back and they acted like they were lost and had no clue who my son was or who I was… moral of the story a waste of time especially if you going fat to get here"
