"Warning.... I signed up with Thriveworks and gave them my insurance information. I started my sessions and was not made aware that my insurance was not covering the sessions and I was charged almost $60 out of my bank account without my knowledge. My insurance has $0 copay and $0 deductible for therapy. If you sign up with Thriveworks and have insurance make sure they take it. This is not okay!"

"This was my first appointment. It seemed to go well but I will be able to judge better after my next session. I liked the therapist. She was easy to talk to even though I was nervous."

"Seen counselor Alexandrea Lodick in March 6th 2023. It was a couples therapy session (my other half is undiagnosed NPD). We did not make it past the intake appointment because of sheer ignorance. I mean this in the most respectful way, the experience was awful! We've been together for 13 years, with me being the one bouncing back and forth, being a punching bag, giving up family loved ones, being isolated, etc. And after 13 years, I finally got to the point of giving up. Only then he agreed to therapy, so we reached out to thriveworks and they chose her for us. He was very physically abusive to me for 6 years ongoing, but the psychological, mental, verbal and emotional abuse for the full 13 years was really what caused me trauma and during the session, Miss Lodick literally had the nerve to ask me "And WHY does he hit you!?" RIGHT IN-FRONT OF HIM!! She knows ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about NPD or how to navigate a meeting with an abuser. On top of that, she semi-babied him with a soft tone the entire meeting. I was very angry during that meeting due this and my guard was up because I was terribly afraid he would ultimately turn it around on me once we left, and he did. But she didn't see that. She seen my anger and that was it. I honestly do not think that her mind made sense of me sitting there being very visually upset while he was just sitting there in silence watching me. And if you know a Narcissist, this is how they are. They wait for you to react so they can make themselves seem like a victim. Miss Lodick didn't even see it and we were there for just over an hour. I felt very disappointed about this entire meeting and felt hurt by her question. I didn't understand how she could ask me that, instead of asking the person who caused the abuse instead. It made me so angry, that was the tone for the rest of the meeting and I did not feel that she realized it. All of her questions seemed very one sided and I only felt heard because of my anger. I did not feel seen. He said I was controlling and that was the end of the meeting because from that point moving forward, she seen me as this little white woman complaining about petty things. Atleast that how she made me feel. I would not see her again. I do not think she is a bad therapist, but she is just not skilled enough to deal with every type of situation out there like her profile claims. She is not good for couples therapy especially if there has been extensive abuse. For females, understand that she will side with the male regardless of the nature of the situation. Therapy is not a one size fits all ... some situations are different than others to where it requires a deeper understanding. She knows nothing about NPD or BPD and could not see it with it sitting right infront of her. I cannot speak for everyone when I say this, only from my experience, but I do not recommend her and would never go back to see her. She needs to go learn about Npd."

"Annielle Timmons is amazing. She has helped me so much, more than any other mental health professional I've ever worked with. She is a great therapist, and is the best listener I've ever met. She has even taught me a lot about responsive listening. She's helped me through a lot of really tough times, and helped me learn a lot about myself so I can continue to grow and become the best version of myself. She's so understanding and non-judgmental. I cannot recommend her enough!"
