"Sessions always were late, 15-45 minutes past appointment time, then I was rushed off the phone seemingly to make it to the next appointment on time. I assume I was charged for the full hour. There was an issue with my insurance after a few weeks. My sessions were canceled. I called my insurance and they assured that I was covered, then I called this place and left a voicemail (after listening to their unprofessional courtesy message) to just not get a response from them months later where they were requesting money from me. They do not seem to care about their clients which is seemingly a very important part of therapy. Would not recommend."
