"Dr. Luchtan is friendly and funny. Staff are friendly and the nurses are really nice and gentle to my son. I got a really quick call back from Doctor when I had issues with my son having a really bad rash."

"I'm a new mom. I always ask friends and family for advice about my 5 month old before calling the doctor (over my baby's first 5 months of life, she has had thrush, pink eye, constipation issues). On three occasions I called asking to speak to a nurse. On all three of these occasions, I never received a call back. I also called asking if they could fill a prescription for pink eye. They assured me that it would be filled at my pharmacy by the end of the day. It was never filled. A nurse at my new pediatrician's office will return my call within 10 minutes, every time. Again, I only call when I think it is entirely necessary. I never met Dr. Luchtan. I was always seen by a nurse practitioner. Though very nice, this nurse practitioner was always rushed and I always left the office a little confused and overwhelmed with so much rushed information. I gave this office 2 stars instead of 1 star because of Dr. Barry Levy. He actually returned my phone call on a Saturday and helped me after my baby had not had a bowel movement for 10 days."

"We have been going to this office for 5 years since our first child was born. Our Doctor is Dr. Luchtan. Recently we had another child. When we left the hospital they told us that any temperature over 99 call your Doctors Office. At two weeks old we called the Doctors Office because the Baby's temperature was 99.8. When they picked up the phone I told them why I was calling. They put me on hold for 28 minutes and picked up 3 times asking why I was holding. Finally, what sounded like a receptionist going back and forth with someone in the back ground said don't worry about the baby temperature unless it reaches 100.4. It doesn't inspire confidence when a receptionist is dispensing medical advice over the telephone. We have noticed that the quality of their staff has been going down hill for a couple of years now. The Doctor is great but the staff is terrible. I recommend another pediatrician. We are certainly going to find one that the staff is a little more concerned about patients well-being, especially newborns."

"I am completely in love with this practice. Their schedule is working parent friendly, as they stay open until 8pm or 8:30pm during the week. They also open on Saturdays, and Sundays and holidays if you have an emergency. The staff is very friendly. My favorite doctor is definitely Dr. Alberto Luchtan. He was my husband's and my brother's pediatrician. He is now my children's pediatrician. He is so knowledgeable and takes the time to answer my questions. Also, they always fit my kids in the same day, if they become ill. The appointments after 5pm take a bit longer, because most people want to see the doctor after work. If doctor Luchtan is not available, my second favorite is Dr. Levy. He is great as well. My preference is always Luchtan, as he speaks Spanish and since he is Hispanic, culturally I feel he can relate better to some of our concerns."

"The doctors are phenomenal. They take the time to talk and listen to you. Here the attention is very focused on the patient and the parents. You have doctors that really care. I myself was a patient since I was a kid in elementary school now I am a parent and I bring both my children. The doctors here know all of us by name. You're not a number but you feel as though you are family. When my daughter got sick years ago I remember having the doctor personally call and see how she was feeling the next day. You can not go wrong with any of the doctors there. We have seen Dr. Luchtan for years (he's like family), Dr. Armada is amazing, Dr. Levy aka Dr. Cookie is wonderful with children. The entire staff is great! I can guarantee that you will feel listened to, they will figure out your child has, and you will trust the doctor's diagnosis because they have spent the time with you and listened to you and your child."
