Office Staff and Dr. Stevens & Dr. Muniz were very friendly and knowledgeable. Wait times could be a bit lengthy mid morning throughout the afternoon hours. Try taking the early morning first appointment, was in and out in less than an hour."
"Although they are prompt in setting your appointment and usually have decent availability, everything else takes way too long. I went in for an appointment that was set for 1:50pm, the nurse did not call us back until 2:40pm. We were finally done by 3:20p."
"This office is the definition of lack of time management they Had the lobby overcrowded with nowhere to really sit. If you cannot handle the volume of patients you have scheduled, then don’t schedule them 20 minutes apart. We arrived 15 minutes early, had all of the documentation filled out prior to arrival and waited over a hour and a half just to be called back to wait an additional hour for the doctor to come in only for the Doctor to come and do a simple physical barely want to spend any time getting to know their patients. All this place cares about is the money they are charging your insurance. They don’t value their patients or even the patients time."
"I'm bad with needles and always faint when getting blood drawn, but Nichol did amazing!! She made sure I was comfortable and feeling well, made the process super quick, and I don't even have a mark or bruise on my arm! I definitely prefer going here for lab work rather than anywhere else!"
"First time here today! The staff was very friendly, nurses were excellent and patient. Wait time was reasonable, typical 20-25 minutes. The doctor went over everything and was very sweet to my child. Your child will always be seen by an actual doctor not a PA. Very happy to have found this place."
