"She is so bad, please don't go to this office, they wanted kill me, the doc sheril council, she wanted kille m, by prescribed me the wrong medication and it ends up causing me sick , instead to prescibe me the medicine for my hormone she prescribed me antidepressant, I can't tell you, it's was very hard, its makes me dezy, weak, no energies, my heart beat so quick, I went to the emergency. Please be save and don't trust this doctor,, even she never me time to hear me, all the time busy, bad bad bad and the stuff in the this office really rude and impolite"

"I do not advise anyone to go see this doctor. She does not know what she is doing and she is playing with people’s lives. She prescribes the wrong medicines to people and do not care about the consequences. Instead of prescribing a fertility medicine (Clomid) to my wife, she prescribed clomipramine which is a strong anti depressant. when she didn t see the results needed. she asked to double the dose of the antidepressant. This is a recklace doctor that does not care about any of her patients. My wife started feeling really bad. when we started looking what caused her pain and suffering, and after reading about the medicine she is taking, we understood that she was taking an antidepressant all that time and not the fertility clomid. we called and complained, no one was there to talk to us.. Please stay away from this k*****."

"My experience has been wonderful in this office. I especially love all of the staff they are so warm and kind and made me feel right at home every visit for 9months. The doctor that took care of my pregnancy was Dr. Cheryl Counsell. She is wonderful at listening to my concerns. I absolutely suggest this office to all of my pregnant friends and they also have a had great experiences thus far."

"Worst pregnancy experience of my life. 29 Weeks pregnant and I had to transfer out due to an insurance matter, nothing related to the practice (at the time) Then it was resolved and transferred back to their practice. From the time I left and came back it was all turning into a disaster, from having them transfer my medical records, to reaching ANYONE and once I finally did. You get an attitude. I called to ask to come in asap because I told them I wasn't feeling my baby move as much so the girl (Kesha) tells me the technician arrives at 2pm (it's currently 12) I said okay that's fine I'll wait, then puts me on hold and someone else picks up and tells me how can I help you? (With a major attitude) I explained to her the same once again and she said go to the hospital there's nothing we can do for you here we have no one doing ultrasounds. In a matter of few seconds the story changes? So I persisted and then eventually the truth came out. She asked me "have you even been back to our office since you transferred out" so they didn't want to see me and care for my unborn child because I left their practice for an insurance matter? Then it gets better. I got very upset about that then they passed me to the office manager who was just as rude as the big girl in the front and had Doctor Susman who was not even my ob call me and kick me out at 29 weeks because of my "language" beware. If you want proper care for your unborn child, stay away! Still in shock at how something like this happen to me! I repeat STAY AWAY!!!"

"It's been over two weeks since I received the results from a pelvic ultrasound ordered by Dr. Counsell and despite the fact that the results were "irregular" and I left four messages at her office, to this day she hasn't bothered calling me back to let me know if I have something serious or not. Finally I ended up having to make an appt. with my PCP so he could explain the results to me. I am sure she bills for her services the same day they are performed, but she doesn't bother returning calls or even having someone else return her calls to explain the results."
