"This insurance agency is a joke and doesn’t take accountability for their faults. I was audited for my professional liability insurance and provided all documents to the auditor. Once the audit was done I heard nothing until I got this month a notice of cancellation or failure to renew my policy for not paying an adjustment of premium after audit. I callled Serenity because how could this happen since I never received notice to pay the adjustment of premium. The lady I spoke with called the insurance company and said oh yeah they said they sent the notices to me and I failed to pay and that if I called the insurance company I could pay. Mind you the story sounded fishy to me because previously when I was audited the notices went to Serenity who then forwarded to me. So I call the insurance company. And all of what Serenity told me was a blatant lie and them not taking responsibility for their negligence. Serenity had gotten 3 notices that they were supposed to send to me but never did. The insurance company even told me who in Serenity they sent the notices to. At this point I can’t pay the adjustment in premium and it has gone into collections. So now do to their negligence I am in collections. Once I got the real story from the insurance company I sent Serenity an email. And guess what, crickets. No response. So do yourself a favor and find another insurance agency. They are negligent, lie, and don’t take responsibility for their actions or lack thereof in my case."
