"We had a terrible experience at this office. You’re treated like a number, not a patient. They book so many appts back to back the waiting room is slammed and you wait forever to be seen. The patient room was filthy with piles of dust everywhere. We were told they didn’t have the oral steroid my daughter needed to take that day so we left to drive all the way to her pediatricians office to get the medication. Only to find out they had the medicine the whole time, just no one took the time to look for it. They did refund my copay because of what happened but now they’re sending me bills trying to get me to pay it. I’ve called with no response. They don’t have an email listed anywhere to contact them. We’ve moved on to a wonderful doctor at USF but I can’t even reach someone to cancel her upcoming appt!"
"My son took my granddaughter here today A scheduled appointment was here 3 hours then they turned around and said we need to reschedule you for a month away along with Several other families this place is unbelievable I do believe the staff and the doctors are incapable of doing their job. We will be finding a different company to work with. And it will be shared on Facebook"
"Dr Rosenberg was very friendly with the small interaction I had with him. I had a student doctor who took the intake of my daughter's current problems and history of her chronic asthma. Information I provided to the student was not reflected in the doctors notes which is extremely important as she is having active flare up. Medication that have been working was changed and the triggers I mention to the student was not addressed by the Dr. I was told by Krystal, Dr Rosenberg do not change his notes even though he didn't receive the correct information from me but from the student doctor. I'm currently looking for another provider."
