"Had a great experience following up with my 2 month old. Front desk staff was very friendly and promptly greeted my entire family. Provider Andrew Armstrong is very hands on and gentle with infants. He also answered all of our concerns and educated on immunizations that we were once apprehensive for. Kudos to the whole team and running a well oiled office."

"Not sure why this practice got all the bad reviews. My baby's first visit was very quick wait time and the staff were plesant. Dr. was super sweet and thorough. She answered all my questions. Building is very clean too."

"Well, I’m not surprised to see that this doctor has a 2.0 rating. I took my child to see her on September 22 because my daughter had been complaining of a severe sore throat and cold like symptoms. Dr. Takagishi looked at my daughters throat and said “wow it’s really inflamed” Even invited me over to look at it and I can see. From there she left the room with her student. I don’t know why they needed to consult each other but she didn’t come back for another 30 minutes. when she came back, she was more concerned that my son had a question and was annoyed by that. I find that hard to believe with someone who is in pediatrics. My children asked for a sticker when they left and it seemed like a bother to her. No compassion in her at all that day. Very judgmental!!! The reason I’m writing this review is because I believe this doctor was so cold and no personality or friendly towards my children. She saw my daughter was in pain and also she had a headache and was very sensitive to light and had had fevers back to back prior to our visit. She gave her a flu test, a Covid test and a strep throat test. They all came back negative. So we thought we were in the clear. I then I get a call 2 weeks later saying that my daughter’s test came back positive for strep throat. Two weeks later! my daughters throat was so inflamed. She could’ve at least prescribed some antibiotics just in case, especially if it takes two weeks for your culture results to come back. I know without a positive result, most doctors won’t give antibiotics, but from the conditions that she had it was obvious something was wrong, and never once was I told that they send the cultures off to a lab for a second opinion. So for two weeks my child was in pain it wasn’t until we finally found a doctor on demand ,who was also surprised that my child was not given some type of medicine, because of how severe her throat was inflamed. I could tell she did not like us, or was annoyed by us. It made me feel uncomfortable, but I was there for my child. The only thing great about this doctor is that every day is a day she gets closer to not being on this earth. In my opinion, she does not belong in pediatrics. Maybe retirement would be best for her."

"Impressed with all providers at this facility and truly believe they give my daughter the best care. However, scheduling a sick or same day appointment is virtually impossible with the answering service that they contract out to. There is no sense of urgency and long wait times. Upon verbalizing my concerns and frustrations, I'm told "there's nothing they can do." Do better. The end."
