"Very difficult time getting a hold of the billing department (or anyone). The phone keeps ringing. This is the second day that I'm calling. So I hung up, selected a different department (for appointment scheduling) and that line just disconnected me entirely. I have also reached out via my Patient Portal and no response. I received a bill with a very inadequate description in gibberish, and I want to know what I am being billed for. The appointment itself with Dr. Daniela was fine... neither here nor there. Pretty quick, I didn't feel like it was super thorough for a first time getting-to-know-you visit. I was asked to come back in to go over blood lab work... I declined because I can review the results myself on my Patient Portal. I know the office just wanted another opportunity to bill my insurance (or me). I got my Patient Portal results and the doc wrote me what vitamin supplement I should take. Very glad I did not take time out of my work day to drive to that office just for her to tell me that."

"UPDATE: I can not stand by this five-star review anymore. Which is why I am looking for another caretaker as my primary doctor. Because they are irresponsible. I have never experienced this type of issue before. I’ve been trying to have them handle billing issues since March of this year. Now, their screw-up is close to being reported to my credit. I have worked hard to maintain my excellent credit, and their mistakes are nearly ruining it. I am sick and tired of calling about this billing issue again and again. So, I just wanted to warn people that they’re sloppy regarding billing. Proceed with caution. ========= So far, so good. I'm a new patient in this office and I see Michelle Karen Feffer. Highly recommend this office and her because she is amazing and super thorough. This is me, coming from two offices, where the care was nonexistent and I was left wondering if good care is even possible. Looking forward to many more visits and care from this office."

"This practice’s billing department is a mess. They tried to bill my new insurance for a year old visit. After obvious denial they tried to charge me. No one is able to explain anything or commit a mistake (or alleged fraud)"

From the girls up front , to the MA’s , to the providers, to the office manager and everyone in between. Michelle is amazing and really takes her time with her patients. Dr. Cooperstein and Jared Levine are both very knowledgeable and really listen to their patients needs and concerns. I have had nothing but an amazing experience every time I come here and would highly recommend the practice to anyone looking for a family doctor."
