"I often carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck due to the physical demands of my job and stress. Having had my fair share of massages, I can confidently say that this experience in the USA, while visiting my partner from London, was exceptional. Everything from the moment I stepped in was top-notch, starting with the warm and attentive welcome at the front desk. A friendly young gentleman booked me in for my massage, and upon my return, I was greeted warmly and offered water while I waited. The questionnaire I was asked to fill out was thorough yet efficiently done, covering problem areas, health concerns, and preferences. The process was explained clearly before Lisa, my massage therapist, came out to greet me. She was absolutely incredible, taking the time to understand any specific needs or areas of concern. We decided on a firm/deep pressure for my shoulders, neck, and back, and lighter pressure for the rest of my body. Throughout the massage, Lisa checked in with me to ensure the pressure was just right and if any adjustments were needed. I left feeling incredibly refreshed and rejuvenated. Thank you for providing such a fantastic experience."

"The whole staff was phenomenal. Starting at the front desk, Carrie who checked me in was really nice and had a great attitude. Howard and a third front desk member whose name I can’t recall were very attentive and had great vibes. Jennifer gave a great massage. The session started with a consultation where Jennifer asked about my goals and any pains I had. She was compassionate and respectful. I felt comfortable to speak up and ask for adjustments when I needed. But honestly, I didn't really need any. It felt like Jenny's hands were psychic and knew exactly where I had knots and discomfort. My goal for getting a massage was to feel relaxed and I left feeling so cozy and calm! One of the best massages I've ever had."

"Elena was highly professional. I had not had a facial in a very long time, and had some issues. I was a little embarrassed, but she made me feel very comfortable. I had asked her questions on what to use and how to use them. Told her that I had bought so many products and nothing was working. Or… better yet, I didn’t know what I was doing. So she suggested a line that they have there. She said that she was not trying to oversell me, she just suggested what they had there. Which I did buy, because she was not pushy about it. She is extremely good at what she does, and was very informative. I also, scheduled another facial because I felt comfortable with her. So, if you need a good facial, highly recommend Elena!"

"Yang En at the Boca Massage Envy was amazing as a massage therapist. I came in pretty knotted up, and she took care of all my problems areas. She is sweet, thorough, and professional, and she has wonderful energy. She also took me right on time for the appointment. I highly recommend her scalp and foot massage as part of the overall massage. I had a really lovely massage experience. Very therapeutic!"

"I had my first massage yesterday at massage envy and it was great! I asked for someone that can do deep tissue. The front office scheduled me with Zachary and he was great! I felt comfortable with Zachary and he not only exceeded my expectations with a great deep tissue massage but I really liked how he was flexible with my requests and areas of comfort. He was very respectful, polite, the room was very clean. It was a 10/10 for everything going right and for me leaving relaxed and like I was just at the best spa!"
