"What a wonderful place, I can’t even describe it. When you first walk in the receptionist, I believe her name is Shay, is so nice and welcoming. The rest of the staff is just as nice and welcoming from the lady named Carrie who is on the phone when I call sometimes and even the therapists are so great. Even if I’m not their patient I am still greeted with smiles which allows me to have the courage to continue therapy. My therapy sessions have been so healthy and has allowed a lot of growth."

About a month or so back though a noticeably bad mental health episode finally lead me to taking the leap. I’ve been seeing Dr. Linda Riley since then and it has been a truly great experience. Before going to therapy I imagined a cold and calculating figure asking softball questions about your childhood trying to deduce what is wrong with you. Dr. Riley is nothing like that, she is jovial and kind, and a session with her feels more like catching up with an old acquaintance as opposed to a therapy session. She provides a judgment free environment where you feel at ease to share your struggles, whether they are big or small.
