"My husband very much likes his counseler. I haven't even reached this step because of the horrific phone interactions with the receptionist. I'm an RN, so scheduling appts isnt easy. Kathleen makes it impossible. She is rude, lacks grace, the foundation of the gospel, and seems to thrive on misinformation, control, and shaming.
