"I first went to Cora Health to deal with serious back pain as a result if two herniated discs. In my first two weeks, I worked with several different therapists and while they were all great, I got really good results with Carlos and ended up working almost exclusively with him over the next three months. He had an intuitive feel for the the exercises and stretches that would strengthen the core muscles and allow me to get rid of the pain and restore mobility and flexibility. I am grateful to h for helping me get back to 100%!"

"Went to this location for 3 weeks after my total knee replacement. Jada, the scheduler/admin was very friendly and helpful. Had Christina most of the time and she was outstanding. Very knowledgeable in her profession. Had Carlos twice and he was very good, also. Had Maddie once and she was good as well. Only negative I could say is that I think Cora has them working with 3 patients at one time and it keeps them hopping. In my opinion, I think 2 would be enough. Would definitely use this location again."

"I just finished 2 months of PT there post surgery and I found all of their staff to be very attentive to me and all of the other patients. I personally got a lot of help from Carlos, I felt that he understood what was challenging me and really helped me get on a path to recovery and resuming a more active lifestyle. "I honestly had high hopes for PT and to help my pain; however, my last visit left me bed ridden for 6 days, I needed help getting dressed and getting out of bed and doing basic things. I’m self pay without health insurance so the $160 a week was a commitment for me and I really hoped I’d receive a level of care that helped ease my diagnosis. After I was left bed ridden I called the facility multiple times to see if they could help and I didn’t really receive anything besides applying heat, giving it time, and using the tens unit. I decided I wasn’t going to judge so quickly and would call again to speak to the head PT or manager and I was told she’s busy and can’t talk, nor did I ever get a call back to check on me or the reason for my call even though I expressed I was left in pain and wanted to talk about it, but the front desk worker said she was busy and never relayed for her to call me back. Just an FYI, what left me bed ridden for almost a week and out of work was the results of multiple manipulations on my neck. I called around and asked other facilities if they pop patient’s necks or backs and they said no it would be a liability and could result to more injury. All in all, just wanted to share my experience with this place, everyone was nice, but I think the approach of manipulating peoples necks and backs isn’t good. I’d also appreciate if they actually uploaded the visit notes like they said they would, it just felt like there wasn’t a direct level of care with every patient or a personal approach I guess. Only call I got from the place was about scheduling my next appointment which I declined."

"I cannot say enough great things about CORA in South Tampa...honestly. Amazing Lorrie and her entire staff are knowledgeable, professional, respectful and friendly. The atmosphere of the facility is always uplifting and caring. Shout out especially for Josh...he encouraged me and assured me of progress being made during every visit! I am so grateful~. Would also like to say KUDOS to Christina! She is a gem at CORA...with genuine compassion. She is extremely helpful and considerate towards me.. I truly appreciate all her efforts on my behalf."
