"Horrible staff. They don’t have a reception up front where you would normally sign in. The nurse that called me from the waiting room shouts “Can I help you?” I explain my situation & was told “no Ultrasound tech in today, sorry.” I came here last week with my spouse, he was told the same but was told the Ultrasound tech is ON CALL & would be a little wait. I will never come back to this place, they don’t care what you are going through or feeling."

"Dr Christian is an incompetent so called Dr. How is he even in practice? Coming in a room and asking two questions and then before leaving say , Ill get the nurse to give your daughter meds. Nurse Vic was outstanding, caring and compassionate. The Dr did no tests other than blood work and We never saw him again. Nurse came in and said you can go home No lab results, nothing. When i asked for them I was told I can get them on the portal. It has been 5 hours and they are still NOT on the portal. We left and went to another great hospital where the Drs actually care. I will be getting my daughter’s lab reports too! This Dr and anyone who works for him should be ashamed! We WILL NEVER COME BACK!!"

"Took my toddler son here after urgent care couldn’t treat his open fracture and Dr. Foster and the nurses were amazing. We didn’t have to wait long at all and they treated my son as if he was their own. They gave me a peace of mind that he was in good hands."

"I went here yesterday and although the staff were nice. It is just poorly ran! One doctor in 17 to 18 rooms. They only did blood work and nothing else. I only saw the doctor once. One of his nursing assistance told me about the blood. Another good thing about the staff is that I have had a history of having small veins so it was hard for them to find which it was hard for other people to find as well and they were very patient when it came to that. But I had to wait over 7 hours just to be seen after!!! But if you have like a mild thing it would probably be best to come here but if you have a severe emergency, then it would be better to go elsewhere. My symptoms were not improving and went to another hospital. I didn't have to wait long to get a bed and I got a bed instantly! They actually did CAT scans, MRIS and blood work! They found out what was wrong with me, they always informed me of what was going on before and after doing something and the doctor and nurses were really nice and even prescribed me medications where this hospital did not. NEVER AGAIN!!! But props to the staff for being nice to me which is the reason why they got two stars instead of a one star! There needs to be more doctors in the hospitals and I wish they did MRIs as well but it is what it is."

"I had a fabulous experience at Citrus Park ER after being ignored in a waiting room at an urgent care while I was bleeding due to a large injury to my leg. They immediately greeted me, got me a wheelchair and took me to be examined. I was given respectful and kind care throughout the process. I would definitely visit CPER again!"
