"While I typically avoid writing negative reviews, I feel compelled to share my recent experience. On a Sunday, I brought my daughter, who was experiencing a fever and feeling unwell, to the healthcare facility. Initially, there were only three people ahead of us in the queue. However, we ended up waiting for a total of 3 and a half hours, and an additional hour after her vitals were taken. When I approached the staff to inquire about the wait time, as my toddler was becoming increasingly fussy and couldn't wait any longer, they simply reiterated that there were still three people ahead of us. Stay away!"

"The South Tampa Office was pleasant. The staff was attentive, punctual and informative. The female doctor was amazing. Other locations have now closed. I really appreciate the tenderness shown to us; with hopes this location will have longevity. My overall experience is a 10."
