"I've never seen a place deteriorate so badly in my life! I've been a patient for over a decade and loved dealing with Dr. Joe and Julie Umberger! Unfortunately their staff is ruining them. I spoke to an extremely rude young lady this morning named Alex. The lack of care or concern was overwhelming! After waiting almost 3 hours to be seen on my last appointment she is the final straw. After telling her I think I have the flu and her telling me I could come in, in 10 days from now I ask her what I was supposed to do which she replied "I don't know, go to a walk-in or something and we do not offer walk-ins". No sympathy no apology no care or concern whatsoever! She continued to argue with me that this is just the way it is there and has been the entire 2 years that she has worked there. Dr. Joe and Julie Umberger I think you are the greatest but I am going to have to find another family doctor after all these years due to people in your staff like Alex. I wish you both the best. Thank you for all the years of service. I'm sorry to leave this bad review but I don't want someone else to have to deal with what I have dealt with this morning especially when they're feeling miserable and calling your office looking for help only to be treated so badly by someone like Alex."

"Dr Joe is a very caring , good hearted, smart physician. I have known him for years and seen the care he takes to his patients- he treats them like his family. Doctors like him are few and far between which is why it takes some extra time to see him but it’s worth it!"

"I have been coming here for a long time. My whole family has. Over the last few years it has become harder and harder to get an appointment here when I am actually sick and need to be sooner rather than later. Seems like every time I call, they can only give you appointment options a week to 2 weeks out. So I usually end up going to a walk in clinic instead. To top it off, when I called today I was told I had two balances to pay off before they would even look at scheduling me. One balance was from 2013? Why wasn't this brought to my attention 5 years ago? But paid anyway so I could get an appointment to be seen for a severe sinus infection only to be told they don't have anything sooner than 8 days from now. As a long time patient I don't think this is acceptable and will be looking for a new doctor."
