"Worst place I have ever been to. I never got told I needed to be here 30 minutes early didn't get a text or phone call then they proceed to cancel my appointment with absolutely no compassion. Then tell me they can reschedule it for tomorrow as if I don't have other things going on in my life, like work and school. Worst place ever. Don't go here"
"My 86 y/o mother had an appt at the Valrico office at 11am. We signed into the “kiosk” at 11am. After standing in line for 20 min to speak with a receptionist, they said we weren’t checked in and they marked us as a “No Show”. I explained that we were there on time, my mom needed to see the Dr and I took the day off work to drive her there. The office Mgr (Jacqueline) called me back into her office and proceeded to talk to me like I was a child. Long story short…my mom DID NOT SEE THE DOCTOR - Dr Wallace & Dr Donnelly need to know of the incompetent office manager they have in their Valrico office."
"I would not recommend TGH Medical Group ENT office. Absolutely TERRIBLE at communication. You can't get through to the doctor's office and they do not message you back through TGH mychart. Dr. Eng's staff is impossible to communicate with. I messaged them three times trying to get a procedure schedule and it was only when I messaged them that I was leaving the practice, that they called me. Go anywhere else but TGH ENT office. It was a ridiculous experience."
"Wouldn't let me see my friend who was taken to the hospital via ambulance. Almost all the employees seemed very annoyed at my general presence. Questions were clearly unwelcome, as was I. Not impressed by any stretch of the imagination...."
"I had an issue with the TGMG Westchase Doctor's Office and overall this is a rating for the Tampa General client services group. It was a much better experience dealing with the client escalation group here than with the doctor's office itself. I'll rate higher once I see evidence that future promises of better service at the doctor's office are being fulfilled."
