"My husband and his 81 year old grandmother searched and went through a tremendous amount of difficulty and suffering with other doctors before being referred here and although she has passed away now we can’t speak highly enough about the level of genuine care provided by this staff. From the in-process to continued follow up they provide true health care. With out the typical jaded mindset so many in the industry have now. If I could give them more then five stars I would. My husband is able to trust in the medical industry again and it is because of this office."
"I have been trying to contact this office since the end of May. Today is August 12. I have called dozens of times and left dozens of messages with my phone number. I have sent letter of the old fashion way. I have left notes on their door to the office. They absolutely will not contact me. My prescriptions lapse twice. I was without high blood pressure medication for over a week. It took the pharmacist at Walmart to put a fire under them to refill the prescription. But they will not let me make an appointment. This is the single worst experience I’ve ever had a doctors office. And I am reporting them to the consumer affairs bureau health department division in Tallahassee. This is medical malpractice."
