"The doctor was very nice and all the places was clean and my waiting time was less than 15 minutes."
"If I could leave zero stars I would! I was new as of 1/21/24, I have a disease that requires a medication thati is a non approved medication. I told doctor Liam and his nurse that it would require a prior authorization. The office never called it in. I called every day until I finally went there to get my medication called in. Then the office told me I had to use there pharmacy for a prior authorization medication. I called my insurance and got them involved. The office literally refused to do my prior authorization and forced me to use their pharmacy and pay out of pocket. I have filled a complaint with the insurance company and I am filling a complaint with the AMA. This doctor and office is a scam. Don't trust them."
"Unprofessional. Poor service. I called customer care yesterday for physical checkup appointment for an earliest date, the customer care lady on the call told me to come for a walk-in to get to get same day appointment. I walked 2 miles in rain to get the appointment and the reception lady says they won’t give physical appointments on the same day and need to schedule an appointment and earliest appointment date available is Jan12th 2024. Poor service, when I called customer care yesterday they should have told me, I’m not sure if customer care operator atleast knows information about the hospital she is working for. Tampa family center you just lost a customer and will never recommend any people I know."
"Always a line at front desk. Lab is always short staffed and I’ve waited over 30 minutes before. Lab waiting room is always packed with people. I’ve had several tests done per my doctor’s request and not a single person has called me with results. Results were available on the portal but I should’ve received a call to discuss. I do not recommend TFH."
"This is the best location hands down. The receptionist was kind and informative the nurse was very sweet and high spirited and the doctor was excellent he took time to listen to my concerns he explained things to me and genuinely cared about my wellbeing. I recommend this Tampa Family location."
