"Been coming here for years theres been alot of changes. The phones are still not working properly. They finally have a good staff. Kathy does her best at getting your referrals set up. Nitta the office manger has gone above and beyond to help me with some issues I was having with another office. Dr. Mole that took Dr. Cowgill place is amazing she takes her time and listens. I'm glad I stuck not out though everything. If your looking for a doctors office I would suggest you try here."

"I had read the bad reviews for this clinic and still made an appointment to see a Dr. here. I was very scare because I have several medical conditions and needed a good place where they will help me. I was treated amazing. In the front they were pleasant and the Dr. was very professional and caring."

"I’ve been a patient here for about 5 maybe 6 years and I think it’s time I find another Doctors office. The staff is friendly but very lazy. They constantly drop the ball on following thru with referrals and or making sure the referral is to the correct doctor. The doctors are okay some are just pill pushers rather than attempting to get to the root of the problem while other doctors will take the time to see what’s going on with you and refer you accordingly. I’m sick of this place they work better with people who only want meds and don’t really care about their health so to say just addicted to pain meds"

"For the past 6months we have been trying to get test done to find out what problems is going on with my brother longs so he can start treatment, but the service or like of service should I say at Jay Care Medical center from the Doctor to the office staff is so bad until I fear for my brother's life. They took over seven days on each of his referral to be send to his insurance company and I called every other day asking him to send the referrals so the insurance company can approve them. The last time they put their name on the referral instead of Bay Care and if Bay Care didn't call to check on why it was taking so long, we still would be waiting. The Medical center need to investigate for patients neglect."

"Customer service goes a long way. The ladies at the front desk of Jay Care Medical Center have NO customer service. They called my mom several days ago and told her that the doctor needs to see her. They tell her to come in on Friday at 10:15. When we get here they tell us she doesn't have an appointment. She proceeds to tell us that "we can't just show up hoping for the doctor to see her." I told her who wants to go to a doctors office to spend the day just for fun. I told her we have an appointment if someone didn't put it in the computer it's not our fault. Then she tells me it's not her fault either. It's the fault of the person who took the appointment. As a patient and a human I DON'T CARE WHO IS AT FAULT. MY MOM JUST NEEDS TO BE SEEN. Playing the blame game doesn't get us anywhere. Customer service on the other hand does. This is for the medical centers: People go to the doctor because they are not feeling well. They need help. Most are worried about what could be going on in their bodies. Being empathetic, caring, and civil goes a long way. FYI what goes around comes around. You're human too. Trust me when I say you don't want someone to treat you with disrespect when you are sick."
