"I loved the gals and dentist who helped me with referrals at the Causeway clinic they get a 5++ The dentist, she was knowledgeable and well versed. She and her staff were amazing!!! The rating is for the call center! It’s the ridiculous call center I’ve been fighting with call center to get a simple 20 min appt for denture impressions since November. Even the case manager from Liberty Dental plan that the Governor of the state of FL was instrumental and getting her for me due to other issues, she cannot get thru to them that only one surgeon in Tampa Bay Area will even touch my severe radio-necrosis of the mouth, and in hyperbaric treatment daily now and the “call center” is not understanding that I’m on IVIG from losing my immune system, I had extensive radiation at the same time as chemo for head and neck cancer, so I cannot even with a mask walk in everyday wearing a mask still high risk exposure to others and wait for hours and possibly turned away? What is so hard for them to understand? The messages and the calls for months they promise asap call backs and must send emails to the clinic etc. I have NEVER including call today received any answers!!! It’s pretty sad when the Medicaid dental plan case manager even gets the run around! They have never helped Now I’m down to the wire. I must have the dentures the 20th of February in hand or the surgery will be cancelled, all the money Medicare and Medicaid has paid ($60k) for the hyperbaric will be wasted and is only approved once per lifetime. I have 18 exposed nerves living with severe pain that even Percocet does not help. I live on boost, ensure or mashed potatoes for 9 months min. I have protein malnutrition, muscle wasting and desperately needs nutrition and to be pain free. As a nurse unfortunately I’m living on nill income now and I have no family they all are deceased and live alone. I cannot afford to go to another place to get dentures that cost $3k that is a discount and dentures only good for 1 year. I have worked my butt off for yours sacrificing helping others as a medical professional. When I finally ask for help I’m tired of getting the run around from the call center. Worse I love their tactics that all customer service people are taught the lovely De-escalation tactics and try to soothe the caller. Give me a break. Why can’t anyone just say when asked about the supposed urgent emails and to be called back the next day is BS! I to this day have never been called back at all ! Todays call was the same! If your going to answer a dental call in the call center you need to have a working knowledge of dentistry same as a medical call center end of story and stop the ridiculous de-escalating tactics that only goes so far."

"As always, from the receptionist to the entire dental office staff, they were very pleasant, engaging and professional. I came in as a walk in as I had no appointment and was treated with a welcome smile and very respectfully. Dr. Hina was also very helpul and answered all of my questions to resolution. Always a great experience."
