"Going into the clinic, not feeling well I was not in a good mood to begin with. From the start everybody was very friendly and helpful. I was seen within 10 minutes of arrival without an appointment. The nurse and the doctor were amazing. Very compassionate even though it turns out, I only had a sinus infection. I appreciate the great care of that. I received for such a minor incident."

"My visit was a good one. I did have to wait two hours, but that’s easy to do in a nice, clean waiting room that has comfortable chairs. The front desk staff were pleasant and welcoming. The doctor and her assistant were also very kind and friendly. I left there feeling better and satisfied with the care I received."

"Wait time was 3 hours after my arrival, by far the worst I have ever seen in an urgent care. Apparently they only had one provider at the facility which is what slowed things down. On the good side the person that treated us apologized for the long wait and was very good at explaining everything we needed to know without it feeling like a rush. I think if this place was properly staffed it could easily be 5 stars. All workers get 5 stars its just extreme understaffed."

"Receptionist was not very kind to anyone walking in. When I would ask a question or even arriving she just started at me without a word and when she did respond, she was not very friendly. The room I was put in wasn't very clean. Had splatter marks on the seat and walls, also had pieces of trash on the floor in the corner. The provider is the reason for 3 stars and not 1. She was extremely kind, understanding, helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I knew what was wrong and future treatments."
