"The staff here is nothing short of amazing. I've been several times for very different reasons, spanning over the last 4 years. Every time I'm met with kindness, humanity and professionalism that still feels comforting. It's clean, affordable and I am so grateful for everyone here. A special shout-out to Nelson who gave me my first stitches while I cried like a baby."

"Total and complete incompetence. We took our 5 year old daughter to this place because a bar stool fell on her toe. The doctor (an MD) stated that the injury was “significant” and that our daughter could have “long term balance issues.” She advised us to immediately take her to the emergency room. When we got there, the emergency room doctor stated “who sent you here? There’s nothing we can do for broken toes. It will heal in 2 weeks with no treatment.” The emergency room billed us roughly $5K for the visit. This all happened because of the total and complete incompetence of this urgent care. To top it off, they sent us to collections for an $81 outstanding balance. That was after I explained the situation above multiple times. Again, total and complete incompetence."

"Brought in my sick teenager and from receptionist to nurse to doctor, everyone was fantastic! The process is expedient and their bedside manner so thoughtful and care was spot on. It’s wonderful to have them available as urgent and after care as they also have a practice and they have ability to do blood work and X-rays if needed. I will not go any place else but them going forward. The icing on cake is fact they are across street from CVS pharmacy. But more importantly is quality of care which is not only technical but compassion. My son was very ill with flu and got sick in lobby and receptionist and nurse both got us water and napkins without asking. The doctor was laid back and he was considerate of our insurance coverage without asking. I appreciate this entire experience more than they probably understand especially when you or a loved one is sick, as you are vulnerable and need a community of support. Seems simple but you don’t see it often and so thank you all 3 for being so gracious to my son and I. He is already feeling better. Have a wonderful holiday!"
