"Horrible! The girl at the front desk uses speaker phone while talking to patients so the very crowded waiting area all hears personal information. I had 11 visits with 9 different therapists and had to explain why I was there each time. I was told they can't do any manipulation of my very tight muscles because Florida doesnt allow it and I'd have to go to a massage therapist. I was also told they can't do it because they are too busy with other patients. My therapists all were treating 3 people at the same time. Basically, "do this 10 times for 3 sets"and theyd walk away. You wait for them to return after seeing the other 2 people to be told another excercise. They don't oversee you, there's no conversation and if you express that a certain thing caused a flare up you'll be told just do as much as you can while they walk away. I was in so much more pain and I'm dissapointed I had to pay a Co pay for this type of service. They are in it for the money not to get you better. Trust me! Go some where else."
"Front staff employee is not friendly, you could literally just say rude. While the therapist who did his evaluation was great, this facility was not a fit for my son. I requested his evaluation paperwork be sent so we could move to another facility. The front staff employee took 6 days to send the paperwork and my son lost his place at the new facility."
