"DONT COME HERE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IM WARNING YOU ‼️ The doctors here do not respect your decisions as a mother. You will feel like you have no say so in your own pregnancy! AT 36 weeks I was healthy and happy and came for a regular check up. The nurse at the end of the check up gave me a paper and said hey I just need you to sign this. She didn’t explain what it was! I had to ask. She acted all nonchalant and said ohh it’s just to get induced this week we just need you to sign it. they never asked me if I wanted to get induced, or told me a reason as to why I might need to get induced they simply wanted me to agree to it! So I said no! I’m 36 weeks it’s too early for the baby to come out. Why do you guys want to induce me ? They said ohh the baby’s on track to being a little in the bigger side. I said that’s fine baby can be big I don’t want an induction, I would like to make it to full tern. They said okay and made me sign a form to decline an induction. Before I leave my appointment doctor BETHANCOURT hope I spelled her last name right. She comes in to my room and is clearly very upset. Like a child it looked like she wasn’t use to patients saying no or something! She gave me that impression with how she treated me. I asked her why she is mad. She told me that I’m now at high risk of preeclampsia and that I should get the baby out. I said ohh first it was baby’s looking too big, now it’s that im at risk for preeclampsia? Yeah right! she was just saying random worst case scenarios to get me to say yes to an UNWANTED UNNECESSARY INDUCTION. All my test came out negative at the time so I didn’t understand why she wants my baby out so bad. I told her I already signed a decline form and that I’m firm on my decision because I’m healthy and I’m not gonna take baby out over something that hasn’t happened. She was an extreme BULLY! She used scare tactics on me to try to get me to change my mind and went as far as telling me THAT IM GOING TO KILL MY BABY! if I don’t listen to medical advice. I reminded her that I already signed the decline paper work so the conversation regarding an induction should have came to a stop. There was no proof of any health issues threatening my baby’s life so the extreme scare tactics, and bullying were absolutely disgusting! I told a friend of mine who went to this office as well what happened and how disgusted and horrible dr BETHANCOURT was to me and she expressed to me that she had experienced the same inappropriate behavior from this doctor as well! She used scare tactics, no plausible reason for wanted to induce my friend as well. It seems very shady! Dr. BETHANCOURT Was the worst of it at this offices. A lot of the other doctors were never really understanding, I felt like none of my needs or concerns were ever met. They are not sensitive or nice. I absolutely hated going to my check ups because I felt like I wasn’t really cared about and I wanted my experience at an OBGYN to be good and exciting or at the very least tolerable. So if you’re thinking about coming here. Think again. Go somewhere else with other doctors so might care more and who will be nice to you. As for dr. BETHANCOURT I should have reported you for being a freaking bully, abusing your power, and using scare tactics on me DO BETTER. If you keep doing what you’re doing I’m not sure how long you’ll have a job."

"Visited in July and Dr. Mary Beth was AMAZING! Sad she left.. but the front staffing area probably needs more training or need to go back to school and get a new degree. I’ve been having issues with being refunded due to being overcharged twice the incorrect amount by the blonde Laura ? Process has taken over about 5 months going back and forth on the phone. Went in person in August , their accountant said she’d process the order the same day we went in and it would take a month to receive . Great, still nothing so you must understand why I’m upset. Staff seem to always be clueless as if they have no brain and just keep lying for fun lol. Please go else where"

"Over all it’s a decent place to have your women’s care at. There is just one employee that I cannot deal with, an Asian MA, I’ve had her twice and she’s neglected what I’ve told her twice in terms of causing me pain when applying pressure to my stomach to find my baby’s heart beat. There’s another MA that will move around the monitor to find the heartbeat and she is awesome! But this other one, just presses it deeper and deeper into my pregnant belly until I have to tell her to stop that it hurts."

"I’ve been going here for a couple of years now and I just turned 21 so I’m due for some new exams that I’m not used to. I was pretty scared walking into my first appointment because I wasn’t aware of what was expected. Maricela at the front desk made me feel very comfortable and did everything she could to explain the process and accommodate to my needs. We need more people like her."

"Can’t say enough good things about this office and the staff. I absolutely loved everyone that took part in my pregnancy journey. Each Doctor I had an appointment with took the time to listen and let me voice any concerns. I will forever be thankful for Dr. Ortiz and her help in bringing my baby girl into this world. Every step of the way she was encouraging. With all that being said I highly recommend them. So thank you to Dr. Ortiz , Dr. Carolina Lopes, Dr. McGee, Dr. Torres and all of the staff at the Women’s Center of Excellence. I appreciate you all."
