"Extremely unorganized, I had a 3pm appointment, arrived/checked in before 2:45. Waited 45 mins, watched people get checked in, taken back, and checked out. Saw about 12 people check in and have a seat. Was finally called back, put in the last room down the hall went over everything with the PA then sat and waited in said room for well over an hour. The Dr did not come in to go over my test results until 5:07. (The place closes at 4:30 I completely thought they left me back there and forgot about me, I had stepped out to make sure I wasn't left in an empty office at one point around 4:40). I work in healthcare, I get it when places run behind, been there and completely understand. But what was odd to me is when I finally was brought up front to check out, the receptionists were gathering their belongings and heading out. Not a single person was in the waiting room. They were done for the day. How, unless I was literally forgotten in the back room, is it possible that I was the last patient seen when a dozen people checked in after me? All the doors to the exam rooms that I passed on my way out were empty too. I really do think they put me in a room and just completely forgot me back there."

"Office staff tried to scam me. I went for an interview and they asked for my SSN straight up before I even spoke to the office manager. After the interview, they didn’t even bother calling me back or updating me. Very strange experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place."

"Best neurologist I’ve been to, I’ve been going to Dr Sam for over 10 years. He listens and hears your issues. He has helped me feel better than I have in years. Office staff is friendly and professional. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a neurologist."

"My cousin is a patient here and her condition is causing her involuntary movements and stiffness. Last week, her doctor told her that she would need an EEG machine to monitor those movements to see if they could find the cause. She was NEVER told that she needed to research (ON HER OWN WITHOUT ANY KIND OF REFERRAL) where she can get one set up. She has been calling this office to see when the doctor wanted her to come pick up the EEG machine and instead of telling her she needs to research on her own, they have been giving her the run around and saying the doctor is not available and that they would call her back which they NEVER did. It wasn’t until she popped in the office with my aunt that they told her that vital piece of information without any kind of resources, just that she’s on her own. Not to mention that the office manager violated HIPPA by disclosing her medical information by yelling it across the halls of the office. The office manager was right next to the front desk during this situation and didn’t even acknowledge the fact one of their patients was not having a pleasant experience WHILE STILL HAVING INVOLUNTARY MOVEMENTS. So she sees she’s not feeling well/ that her condition is active but doesn’t even step in???? Terrible customer service and that office manager needs to be demoted or fired because that should of been handled on the spot and apologized for at least. Apologies and sympathy go a long way. My cousin is too nice to write this review but I’m not. BBB will here from us soon and so will the owner of this clinic."
