"Phone etiquette is a 0 for this place. I don’t know who’s over training with phone etiquette but I am extremely frustrated with the condescending tone the person that called me had. I will not be using advent anymore. Thank you guys for hiring the one person who has officially made me go elsewhere in hopes that I find good care with people that respect the patient and can guide the patient when he sounds lost over the phone because he doesn’t deal with this often."

"CARING DOCTORS AND THOROUGH EXAMS This doctors office is truly amazing. The staff is so caring and thorough. I recently moved and where I used to live the doctor was terrible, appointments were 5 minutes max, slapped medication on everything it was not great. Coming here I was very nervous just because of previous doctor experience but WOW my doctor is amazing doesn’t feel rushed at all ,the one& only time they were late they apologized ( which apologies aren’t common nowadays, so it shows they value time). Super helpful and super caring people even at front desk. I have also been to the advent health hospital for labs and had a great experience. Advent health has proven so far to be amazing. The ONLY flaw & the 4 stars reasoning is due to the phone line. You typically have to wait on hold through the automated system every time you call, but typically it’s not long. Overall great and would recommend."
"The nurses are exceptional. My PA Faith is the best. She takes time to explain the labs and she has a wealth of heath knowledge. She explains things to where I understand what she is talking about. I feel the concern and care from all the staff. They definitely get 5 stars."
