"I had an appointment before the end of the year (2022) and was assured by the nurse that my wound care supplies would be ordered that day. After the 1st of the year when I had not received them, (it was in my after care summary that they were ordered) I called the office. Several calls later, and a call to the supplier (who said they never received the order) the answer was we resent it in. Well anyone with the slightest knowledge of insurance knows that deductibles reset, which would make the supplies too expensive. The last phone call I had, was with nurse Teresa who said it didn't go through correctly and told me there was nothing she could do. Canceled my next appointment. Even tough my wound is still not healed would never return to this place. Even the 1st appointment of the day, the wait times are ridiculous. Also, beware you get charged for the doctor and separate fee for the facility."
