Horrible office staff that doesnt understand anything you ask, billing not reporting copayments to the insurance company & when you ask them about it they say it is on the claim form but dont check as I'm standing in front of them(My insurance is investigating as I've filed complaints on every EOB), they are very rude and unprofessional. The office manager, Debra, is the worst with her rudeness and unprofessionalism; After I've been calling for 3 days with the same question about my prescription refills, She answers the phone talking to me from the moment she answers(they must have caller ID and not care about all their HIPPA violations), I couldnt even try to get a full sentence into any part of the call, she kept speaking over me and then hung up on me. I called back a dozen times until someone answered, as usual, and spoke to her again. She told she was the office manager and admitted to hanging up on me, with no explanation. I asked for the doctor to call me back or I will show up at the office to make the doctor aware of this. Hopefully she passes the message of a complaint about her along to the doctor and for him to call. As a patient, this treatment from the office staff is unacceptable."
