"I came here February 2023 to buy new tires because mine were bad. Store owner charged me $540. Fast forward to February 2024 I needed to get two new tires because one of my rear tires had a nail in them and caused my tire to have a bubble. I came to the shop to get new tires and while removing my rear tire that had a bubble, the owner broke my wheel stud by forcing the lug nut off with a tool and doesn’t even saying anything. 10 minutes passed and he goes into the shop to get my tires. As he comes back I ask him can he replace my wheel stud or give me a discount on the tires. He tells me he cannot give me a discount on the tires and that I can just drive with a missing wheel stud. He then proceeds to say that I can get the wheel stud replaced when I change my breaks and it will be okay. I say okay and move on. They put my tires in the front to the rear and put the new tires in the front and then charge me $250 for the two tires. After leaving here I then drive to my mechanic to have this fixed and they charged me $80. I didn’t feel safe driving with a missing wheel stud and lug nut. Fast forward a couple hours I asked the shop if they could reimburse me the $80 and they claimed it was not their fault because the lug nut was bad. The store offered to give me $40 back after crying over the phone and trying to argue they were not responsible for it after THEY broke my stud. The $40 is not worth it to me it is about morals and business conduct. This is not good business at all and I will not return here again."
