"I have been a patron of this store since they purchased it and remodeled. I spend roughly $140.00 per month on juice there. I purchased a cartridge for a vape pen a few days ago.....it was faulty and defective and was leaking heavily from the bottom 510 connection. It ruined the vape pen. I decided to return the cartridge today for an exchange. And exchange NOT a refund. It is customary for a business to at least exchange a faulty product. They informed me there were no refunds or exchanges on any items. I will not be back. Policies like this will ruin this company. Refusing to exchange a $20 item that cost them $5 is ignorant and cost them a very good customer. I will instead spend my money with one of their competitors who have better customer service policies. My advice, DO NOT buy from this retailer."
