"I did not only get directions to Covington mill village I now live there. It’s a great place to live the other residence. Make you feel like your family. Maintenance is good the office staff are awesome and the amenities help make life much more comfortable."

"I have been residing at these apartments for 1 year and almost 4 months. Since day one, there have been serious issues at this apartment complex. When one, referring to myself attempts to discuss with the manager some of the ongoing issues, it's always, she doesn't have the time, or put it in writing. I have Never had a problem putting things in writing, because I was a Retail Manager over 34 years, and I am used to that. I am not new to this. Please help me to understand, why even when I put my concerns in writing, nothing is done. Also, the way one is being addressed is not professional. I am not intimidated by the loud tone of voices. I am still going to continue addressing the issues at hand until something is done. Even if I have to reach out to television news outlets, I will absolutely do so. I have been nothing other than respectful, and I will not accept anything less from anyone. When I went down to the office today to speak with Ms Brandy in reference to why I am the only one having to submit concerns in writing, she said, it's because of the variation of our interpretation of incidences that I have reported to corporate. In other words, she is calling me a liar. Well, one thing about me is, I do not tell lies. Another thing about me is, I can prove who is telling the truth. Corporate has previously dealt with me in the past, and they know that I'm an honest and truthful person. I am not sure who is at corporate now, but it does not matter, my integrity speaks for itself. At a later time, I can submit pictures and audio to prove who is telling the truth. The problem that Miss Brandy has with me is, I am not going to just sit back and live in filth while she sits in her office burning good smelling candles, vacuuming the office carpet, painting that same office entrance door that I have cleaned for over a year for management, because it was too filthy for me to touch the door knob; yet, you leave residents to live in the filth at this property. There is more evidence that I can submit."

"I would like to say while I didn't experience any rudeness in the time span I spoke with anyone. I would like to add my father opinion of his experience when he visited this location. My father would probably give them A 0, because today he felt scammed...After looking for several months for my father a place to live I thought this was going to be the community. My father and step mom tell me they got there and filled out all the paperwork and gave them the cash in which they told them someone would get the money order for them and bring it back. Once everything was concluded they was told by one person they would call them Monday with update, and then another person as soon as they left called and said they didn't qualify mind you, they never gave receipt attached from money order and was trying to keep certain documentation they no longer needed. My father asked about the receipt from money order and they gave him one from receipt book...Now i don't know about anyone else but I've never seen a credit check come back so quick, also my dad credit is Clear since he typically has for last several years has paid everything cash...So even with a credit score of 0 shouldn't get you denied if you meet all other qualifications...I believe they maybe running a scam and will be reporting to BBB"

"They are nice apartments, however they don't have shower bars which are not so suitable with me also the tubs you have to step down deep it's not good without having shower bars. Kanicia in the front office is very polite you can tell she has dealt with elders. I enjoy my apt, my neighbors are respectful, overall it's a nice place to live. Maintenance are good also.management are cool I like them."
